Description:
Our vision is to produce authentic Jamaican gourmet spices using the best quality products imported from Jamaica.
As a Jamaican born who was raised in Canada, I have a passion for the Island and our unique culture.
My family and I have had the opportunity to tour the Island over the last 15 years and have sampled the many delicious dishes such as our famous Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork.
In 2000, I teamed up with my good friend Eric who is the owner and chef of the EZ Café, in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Eric is from Oracabessa, which is just outside of Ocho Rios in Jamaica. Eric has had a love for cooking all of his life and in 1982 he opened his restaurant named "THE JERK HUT". From these beginnings, Eric started blending his own special sauces and seasonings.
In 1991 Eric blended these herbs and spices at the EZ Café Restaurant which is still in operation.
After enjoying these tasty dishes, many customers influenced him to put these spices on the market.
Eric and I have teamed up to produce our product line of "Authentic Jamaican Gourmet Products" named "Blue Mountain Flameâ„¢" for everyones enjoyment.

Food enzymes are found in raw foods, which come equipped with some of the enzymes needed for their own digestion. However, enzymes are heat–sensitive––so cooking and processing can destroy 100 per cent of the naturally occurring enzymes in food. |
